By acceptance of a Purchase Order from Mitacor Industries Inc. (Mitacor), via performance, the sending of an acknowledgement or otherwise, Supplier accepts responsibility for full compliance with all applicable requirements set forth therein, together with all specifications, notes, drawings or other instructions attached thereto and/or referenced therein. Supplier further declares that each shipment against a Purchase Order is a certification of all applicable requirements.
Supplier shall maintain on file all inspection and test reports and/or other evidence of quality.
Supplier shall provide Mitacor with plating or paint thickness reports (if applicable).
Supplier shall submit with each shipment a Certificate of Compliance (C of C) signed by Supplier’s Quality Assurance authorized representative attesting that all specifications, drawings and Purchase Order requirements have been met. Supplier shall maintain quality records applicable to a C of C on file for a minimum period of 5 years following delivery.
Mitacor, along with representatives of its customers if applicable, shall have the right to inspect any and all work included in a Purchase Order at Supplier’s plant.
Supplier shall obtain Mitacor’s approval prior to any changes in materials, fabrication methods, parts, processes, manufacturing location or any other change that may affect the quality of the delivered product.
Supplier shall meet AS5553 and/or AS6174 in respect of counterfeit material and shall report any suspected counterfeits to Mitacor.
Supplier shall avoid or minimize the use of prohibited and restricted hazardous materials as defined in NAS 411-1 and shall notify Mitacor immediately upon discovery to obtain approval for uses that cannot be avoided. All parts supplied must be REACH and RoHS compliant.
Supplier’s Quality Management System shall comply with current ISO 9001 and/or AS9100.
Supplier shall not subcontract any work included in a Purchase Order without Mitacor’s prior approval. In the event such approval is granted, Supplier shall be responsible to ensure all applicable requirements are met by its subcontractor.
