At Mitacor, we chose to invest in 5-axis CNC milling machines from our conception in order to stay ahead of the curve in technology as well as knowledge. This permits us to optimize our machining process which translates to tighter tolerances while diminishing overall machining time. In-turn this also helps us advise our clients on any DFM (Design for Manufacturing) requests to help with costing on production items.

Our CNC bridge machine increases the range of our machining capabilities by removing prior limitations on part size. Our CNC bridge machine allows for large part production, capable of machining parts up to 10 feet in length (Table size: 3000 x 1500 mm).
