This integrated approach not only streamlines the manufacturing process for our clients by consolidating suppliers, but also yields significant advantages for our customer’s prototyping and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. By assuming responsibility for prototype assembly, we proactively identify and address any potential fitment issues arising post-machining, enabling us to propose timely solutions to our customers. This proactive engagement not only enhances efficiency but also fosters collaboration, ultimately resulting in a more streamlined and responsive manufacturing process, benefiting both our clients and our organization.
We do all of our permanent marking in house with the use of a laser ink printer, to properly identify our customers’ products according to their needs, whether it be part identification or serialization.
While we do not conduct silkscreen, plating or painting in-house, we will manage these processes for you by working with trusted third party suppliers in order to deliver a finished product, which meets all of our customers’ production requirements.
At Mitacor Industries we are always open to working with our customers for any special packaging requests that we do not offer in-house such as Pick & Place reel packaging, or other specific packing needs.
